Does Servebolt Offer Refunds?

Servebolt does not offer refunds as stated in our Terms of Service section 7.7.

However, you have the flexibility to downgrade or cancel any Bolt plan. These changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We always provide a 14-day free trial for Bolts, allowing you to evaluate our services before committing to a paid plan.

Why Don’t We Offer Refunds?

As a subscription service, it’s standard practice not to offer refunds for unused time. Most providers do not allow immediate cancellation of services, requiring the subscription to remain active until the end of the billing term. At Servebolt, we allow you to cancel at any time, giving you prorated credits and the option to reallocate your credits to other Bolts rather than keeping the subscription active until the term concludes.


What if I want to downgrade from an annual subscription to a monthly? Do I get a refund then?

Our no-refund policy applies in all cases. Annual subscriptions come with a discount, and if you choose to downgrade to a monthly billing period, this change will take effect after the annual billing cycle concludes.
