Servebolt does not offer refunds in any way, but we do offer credits if you need to cancel your subscription. Those credits can be used on another subscription or a new one. We also offer 14 days of free testing on our trial Bolts before upgrading to a paid plan.
Our policy stays the same: we don’t offer refunds. Our annual subscriptions come with a discount and when you downgrade to a quarterly or monthly billing period, the rest of this amount is made available as credits. These credits will be used to pay your monthly or quarterly bill going forward.
The same logic as mentioned above still applies. What you have paid will be converted to credits and used to pay your invoices going forward.
