Do you Offer Refunds?

Servebolt does not offer refunds in any typical setting. But you’re free to downgrade or cancel any plan you have with us. This will take effect as soon as the billing cycle of your current plan ends. We additionally offer 14 days of free testing for Bolts before upgrading to a paid plan, so you don’t have to decide immediately.

What if I want to downgrade from an annual subscription to a monthly? Do I get a refund then?

Our policy stays the same: we don’t offer refunds. Our annual subscriptions come with a discount and when you downgrade to a monthly billing period this will take effect after the annual billing cycle ends.

What if I downgrade to a cheaper plan?

The same logic as mentioned above still applies.
