Help FAQs
Can I change my Cloudflare Super Administrator privileges role?
When your Cloudflare Account/zone is managed by Servebolt, then we can’t change your Cloudflare Account Role to become the Super Administrator.
You will however still have full access to all configurations through the Cloudflare dashboard. That includes DNS records, firewall, and optimization features, just like you may be used to from your personal Cloudflare account.
Can I Move a Cloudflare Zone to my Servebolt Cloudflare Account?
Yes. If you already have an existing Cloudflare zone, you can move it to a Servebolt-provisioned Cloudflare Account. Doing so will allow us to manage the zone for you and help you with Cloudflare-related questions and configurations. See all the benefits here.
Moving an existing Cloudflare zone to a new account is easy, but comes with a name server change. You’ll also have to copy all of your current settings to the new Cloudflare zone. To add an existing Cloudflare zone to a Servebolt-provisioned Cloudflare Account, get in touch with our support on a live chat. We’ll help you set up the new zone.
Are there any alternatives to Cloudflare APO (Automatic Platform Optimization)?
Yes, Accelerated Domains is a managed service that’s easy to use and includes most features that Cloudflare APO has, and a lot more
Can I use my own Cloudflare account with Servebolt?
Yes, you can. However, we recommend you use a Cloudflare account provided by us as this will allow us to offer you support on Cloudflare related questions. Read more about the benefits of using a Servebolt provisioned Cloudflare account.
Is it safe to turn on Cloudflare’s APO?
Turning on Cloudflare’s APO optimization is generally a safe thing to do. Having said this, it’s wise to double check your site’s and your site’s cached behavior after you’ve turned on the service.
To use Cloudflare APO you would need to download the Cloudflare plugin for WordPress.
Do you support Cloudflare APO?
Yes we do, you can read more about APO here: Automatic Platform Optimization (Cloudflare APO) for WordPress.
