Do you offer email hosting?
Servebolt doesn’t provide mailboxes or email hosting for your domains. Yes, your site still can send emails, but we don’t support mailboxes under your domains. Our focus is to deliver you the fastest hosting. Hosting mail, alongside your website itself, slows your site down.
If you’re looking for information on how your site is sending emails, please visit our article about outgoing email configuration.
Can I use Composer 1 and Composer 2?
Yes, you can. Servebolt support the use of Composer on all our servers. We’ve made Composer 2 available on all of our servers. At the moment when you use
composer
, you still get Composer 1. If you want to use Composer 2, you can usecomposer2
as a command. If you are still dependent on Composer 1, you should now use
composer1
as Composer will be updated to use Composer 2 at a later date.Do you add security headers?
Security headers are not added to your site by default. If you’d like to add security headers to your website, then they can easily be added via
.htaccess
.You can also check out how to add them in this help article.
Do you offer New Relic?
At this point, we do not offer the option to have New Relic installed on our servers. Adding New Relic takes up quite a bit of resources and that doesn’t align with our quest for performance. We recommend making use of WP CLI with its
wp profile
andwp doctor
commands. We are, however, investigating other monitoring tools for future implementation. There is no ETA for that yet.
