How to Transfer a Bolt to Another Account

You can transfer a Bolt to another Servebolt account directly from the Admin Panel. There is no need to contact support to complete the transfer.

Before You Start

The new owner must:

  • Have an active Servebolt account
  • Have a valid payment method on file.

How to Transfer a Bolt

Log in to the Admin Panel and open the Bolt you want to transfer. Go to Plan & Billing and scroll down to Transfer of Bolt Ownership.

Enter the new owner’s email address, choose the correct account, and confirm the transfer. Once you confirm, the Bolt is transferred to the new owner immediately.

Important Information

  • The new owner will be charged for the full Bolt subscription and any active add-ons.
  • Coupons, discounts, or Servebolt credits on the current account are not transferred.
  • Only the Bolt’s owner can initiate the transfer.
  • The transfer takes effect instantly.

Always double-check the email address before confirming the transfer.
