Adding a partner and technical contact can be done by navigating to the host you want to add a contact to, and then the “Access” menu item.
- Partner contact
Receives full management access to your host. You are only able to add partners that are registered as a partner in our system.
- Technical contact
Receives full management access to your host, and is our point of contact for technical issues. Contacts that are not registered in our system will receive a mail on how to register and become the technical contact of your host. The technical contact will receives error output from any cron jobs that are configured on the host, to the provided email address.
Receives management access to your host, and can change the settings of the host and sites. A developer can only request a change of price plan.
Partners and technical contacts are not able to change the plan of the host, but can request a change of plan.
